Если кто-нибудь поможет до конца сегодняшнего дня перевести текст, следующий ниже, буду очень благодарен плюсами в репутацию.

However, when other universities, more mainstream universities for mainstream courses also start to talk about their own separate entrance exams. This is seen as quiet a major threat by the education establishment in Britain. For start it implies that universities simply don’t value the A level .What’s the point in children studying  very hard to get their A levels, if  universities simply say very good but  we are not interested now you must do an extra exam. It also massively increases the amount of expense and bureaucracy needed for children to get university and of course the children or other the parents and schools who will be best able to deal with the expense the bureaucracy will be the richer and better organized children in schools. This implies that universities will become a little bit more elitists and in class terms which is something they have very long struggled against. As we said the government has an aim of a making university education available to all. If they start with introducing extra levels of filtering bureaucracy and expense this will start to make education once again limited to the few rather than the many. So this solution has also run into many problems. Another solution which is been proposed and it’s been taking quite seriously is the international baccalaureate. This is an internationally administered and recognized exam for school leaders. It’s the equivalent of the British A level but it not only qualifies as people graduating with it to get into all European universities it has advantage of not suffering from the grade inflation that A levels do.  International baccalaureate is administered outside Britain and it’s requirements are quite stringent. They do not have 25 percent and more getting the top grades and therefore it separates different pupils more effectively .And also as I said it is recognized outside of Britain and therefore is useful to those students who may wish to go and study somewhere else. International baccalaureate also has an advantage over the A level system. At the moment the A level system tends to require students or pupils study 3 subjects .the average A level Student will do 3 A levels this means they will choose 3 subjects. For example, math physics and chemistry or French, English  lecture and history. This means they tend to be an expert in one branch of studies for example, science or humanities but tend to have a very low background in the others. The international baccalaureate takes in wide range of subjects that cover 6 subjects and includes fine languages and science and math and essay writing so it actually tests people on the much wider system. For the time being it’s unlikely that the international baccalaureate will be widely adopted in Britain. Although universities like it, although some schools like it there is still a large conservative body of opinion which says the A level is good British tradition should be maintained. There is also lots of pressure from everybody from parents from schools from the government from universities and of course from the children themselves for the high pass rates to be maintained. The high pass rates at A- levels have now reached the 25 percent. If next year there were to drop back to 12 percent of 1991, you can imagine this would be a scandal all over entire media. Therefore although A levels are very much supported they are also the high grades of them are also supported. This means unlikely there will be any real or major changes likely in the next few years to the A level system but by now there is a slowly growing number of voices suggesting that the A level system is in trouble sooner or later something will need to be done about it. THANK YOU…
