стоит и 2016 и 2018 год. Нигде упоминания про 2004-2005 год (по словам foxter.by компании 15 лет).

Ладно, у нас есть 3 названия торговых марок под которыми данное предприятие выпускает велики

Берем foxter - на алибабе находятся данные велики и пару магазов на филлипинах. и все!
Moser - старые европейские хорошие велосипеды.
Bernard - тут труднее фильтровать инфу - имя распространенное, но st.bernarder есть на алибабе электробайки.

Ска, кроме белорусских сайтов и барахолок РФ я не нашел ничего! ну филлипины и прочие ссылки на данный бренд в описании и рекламе я не нашел.
подводим итог
некая группа людей решила заняться торговлей велосипедов а может и раньше поставками занималась (мне не известно). Нашла производителя в Китае - заключила контракт на поставки и пытается за счет громких слов ПРЕМИУМ, КАЧЕСТВО, США навязать NONAME. Да, цена невысокая, но за 15 лет о фирме и марке по сути ничего не известно было.
Понятно что все торговые марки изначально неизвестны и на современном рынке можно взять ценой и качеством, но маркетологи же есть - пару слов придумали и пытаются навязать что то.
Вроде логично все провел.
