Well.. I've never said that Mr Wahid's opinion was not published by "The Washington Times".  I have written that www.inosmi.ru choses  what suits them best. And that they are 100% controlled by Kremlin.  
If you read a copy of "The Washington Times" from  the 1st Jan you'll find for example the opinion of the State Department which is quite clear:
