I read your email and I understand that the All-in-One does not recognize the cartridges that are purchased from Belarus. I apologize for inconvenince caused with you. However, please be assured and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
Before we proceed with the troubleshooting steps I really appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.
Sergey, I would like to inform that you were used the original cartridges (HP 343 or HP 348) from Zone 2. Now you have moved to Zone 3 (Belarus). The All-in-One will not recognize the zone 3 cartridges. To resolve the issue, you need to regeionalization the All-in-One.
To proceed with the cartridge regionalization, please try to print a 10-tap test page and reply this email with the following line values and attachment of the 10-tap test page.
Steps to print 10-tap test page:

1. Press and hold the Cancel / Resume button, then press the Start Copy Color button.
2. Release the buttons. The 10-Tap test prints.
